Fréderic joined Netsize in January 2011 as the CEO for the next step in a successful career which started in Schlumberger. His experience includes positions as Product Manager and progressed to Business Unit Manager for Public Sector & Transport at Schlumberger and VP marketing EMEA at Axalto. Frederic then spent 2 years as managing director of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh for Gemalto and further 3 years in Singapore in charge of the Asia Telecom business for Gemalto before he took up the position of CEO of Netsize. His experiences have taken him through restructuring, sales, marketing and management activities as well as merger.
Frederic is a graduate from Polytech'Lille and holds an advanced management degree from INSEAD.
Richard Anell is an experienced senior sales executive with a track record of driving rapid sales growth. With extensive international experience which includes managing a large multinational team with consistent positive leadership feed-back, he is a proven relationship builder and negotiator. Responsible for sales operations and development, Richard was VP & Head of Sales of Ericsson Internet Payment Exchange (IPX) from 2007 to 2011. Prior to joining IPX, Richard held various Business Management positions within the Ericsson Group including that of Sales Director from 1997-2002 and Senior Product Manager from 1994-1997.
Richard has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Virginie joined Netsize as Director of Finance after having been the Telecoms Europe Controller at Gemalto. Before that she worked for HP as controller of the European Division in France.
Virginie has a Masters Degree from Ecole de Management, Lyon
Raphael started his career as a Applications Engineer at ST Electronics and moved to SAGEM where he held positions as a Lead Engineer and Project Manager. He moved to Netsize in 2008 and took the position of Production Manager and is highly skilled in Team management in diverse environments – like in the semiconductor and security industry, NGOs and emerging countries, mobile and internet startups. Raphael has experience of R&D as well as customer oriented, on site deployment and 24/7 support and Industrial Mobile services like M2M, AppStore, Mobile Payment, Mobile Marketing.
Raphael has a Master of Science in Electronics from the Ecole Supériiure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique.
Fredrik Edlund was part of the initial founding and start-up team of Ericsson Internet Payment Exchange (IPX) in 2002 and has been instrumental in building the teams, structure and process framework of service delivery. He currently manages the Netsize Operations and Support organization. His team of service engineers is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the technical systems in order to deliver high quality and timely support to customers. He brings a high level of competence and experience in service delivery, customer support, ITIL, outsourcing and project management expertise to this position.
Fredrik has a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Lund University, Sweden and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Donya joined Ericsson Internet Payment Exchange (IPX) in 2006 and Netsize in 2012. She is a multi-lingual Marketing & Communications professional with more than 20 years experience in marketing, branding strategy and media management with an extensive background working with clients in the telecoms industry developing marketing plans and solutions for US, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining IPX, she held Marketing Manager positions in Ericsson and has also worked for various Marketing & Research Agencies in Stockholm, Paris and London. Previous employers include e2 Home (JV Electrolux/Ericsson), Thorn EMI - London and Advertising Agency, Dowell Stubbs - Stockholm.
Donya has a BA in Theatre Management from Colorado Women's College (DU) and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird.
Edurne is a Human capital facilitator whose Merger and Acquisiton experience makes her an expert in international HR leadership. She has been the Netsize HR Director since January 2010.
As a former Human Resources Manager at Schlumberger, Axalto and Gemalto, Edurne brings her considerable skills to Netsize to integrate teams, run the recruitment, communication, appraisal and career planning processes. She is Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Catalan and is dedicated to ensuring that Netsize reaches their goals with dynamic teams and challenging environments.
Edurne holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, a Master's in Human Resources Managemant from EADA (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración) and a Masters in Marketing from ISM (Institut Superior Marketing). She is also a specialist in Spanish, Italian and French labor law and leads Work Councils relationship with success.
Ludovic joined Netsize and the fast moving markets of technology at the end of 2003, after 12 years in FMCG for Henkel and then Mars, where he had held several senior roles in both local operational and strategic international marketing.
At Netsize, Ludovic initially worked on new ventures for the company, aiming at better understanding the dynamics of the emerging mobile Internet markets, and at offering an in house laboratory for testing and positioning the company's Online payment and content management products. Over the years, and following the transformation of the company Ludovic took additional responsibilities at Netsize, like the business Unit for Entertainment Solutions, and then Operators Partnerships . After the company was acquired by Gemalto, he supported the new management in defining strategic options and became Netsize CMO .
Ludovic holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESCP Europe (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) in France.
Daniel started his career in Philips, working on the Digital Video Broadcasting sector. After 4 years in Spain, he moved to the USA, where he continued working as Sales Engineer Director at Canal+ Technologies, on the CA and iTV market. After returning to Europe, to Spain, he successfully helped Nagra to become the #1 CA provider in satellite, terrestrial and IPTV segments in Iberia.
In 2006 he decided to join a small consultancy firm, HyC, that specialised in consulting Digital Media services. As Sales Director he led the opening of the HyC services in South America and when HyC was acquired by Ericsson at the end of 2007, he moved to Ericsson and became Regional Manager for the IPX Service in South West Europe in January 2009.
Véronique Sibon joined Netsize as Legal Director in 2006 from the G7 group which is composed of a large array of businesses. While at G7, she was primarily responsible for acquisitions, commercial and distribution contracts, intellectual property, real estate transactions and employment law. Previously, she served 4 years as associate in a law firm in the M &A and corporate law department. Veronique is an expert in New Technologies and the multi-sided platform (Mobile Payment included), data privacy, distribution agreements & franchising, commercial real estate and environmental issues, Acquisitions, M & A and negotiation and resolution
Véronique Sibon holds a Master's degree(second class) in Business & Tax Law (DJCE) from the Universitiy of Rennes and Montpellier and a Masters (First) degree in Business Law.
