What is mDeal

mDeal certifies the delivery of a message sent via SMS, as well as the user's reply. The user accepts or chooses from proposed conditions, replying by SMS text message.

Certification of content and time

Netsize certifies the SMS content as sent by you and the exact time the SMS has been delivered to the end-user´s handset.

Netsize also certifies the content and time of delivery of the SMS message that the user sends in reply to your message. The certification depends on the content of the reply.

The certification is done with the involvement of a Trust Authority (member of Chambersign) which provides a digital time stamp of the generated document that is digitally signed by Netsize.

Digital proof

As soon as the user's valid reply is received, Netsize generates and sends to you a non-editable Adobe® Acrobat® PDF document with the sent and received elements of the communication.

Any failure reasons, such as invalid responses, are detailed in a report.
