Create & Send SMS to a Contact

From the Contacts tab you can create and send an SMS text message to the contact by entering free-format text or picking a predefined template text. The message delivery status of each message is shown on the Contacts tab.

Case Follow-up by SMS

Send SMS texts directly from the Case tab to the Case contact, using free-format text or a predefined template.

Send Quick Messages to a Mobile Number

The SMS tab allows you to send quick messages which are not linked to a Case or a Contact.

Getting started

Salesforce customers and distribution partners can download the certified plug-in on the AppExchange, the Salesforce.com application marketplace.

Step 1 - Download and install

Salesforce customers and distribution partners can download it from AppExchange. Follow the instructions in the download file to complete the installation.

Step 2 - Register for a trial account

To use SMS plug-in for Salesforce you need to configure your Netsize account credentials. Register for a trial account if you do not yet have an account.
